Synopsis

Our client, a leading corporate law firm, is looking for an Associate and/or Senior Associate in their Employment Law Department, to join their Sandton Offices.


Minimum Requirements

Must have an LLB

Admitted Attorney, with at least 3 + years PQE in Employment / Labour Law

You must have extensive experience in all aspects of employment law

Role Description

Advise on all types of labour law including strikes and lock-outs, collective bargaining, unlawful competition and restraint of trade;

Advise on and represent clients in all forms of disputes, ranging from unfair dismissals and labour practices to organisational rights and collective agreements;
Advise on wide-ranging employment issues relating to large-scale restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, redundancies, business transfers and collective disputes;
Provide advice and guidance on the holding of internal company disciplinary enquiries and appeals
