Synopsis

Our client is a tax compliance specialist looking to employ a Client Services Executive to join their team of young, vibrant and dynamic professionals. They are looking for an individual to manage their clients within a designated territory.


Minimum Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) or an Admitted Attorney
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Persistence and problem-solving ability
Excellent Marks both in University and High School
Previous experience in notable leadership positions
Previous experience within Financial and/or Professional Services (desirable)
A valid South African passport or work permit and all relevant documents
Be in the possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Good command of the English language.
A keen eye for detail and good administration skills.
Individual must be able to cope with deadlines and pressure.
Individual must be able to work flexible hours at times, and be willing to work additional hours during dead line if required.


Role Description

Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients based in the territory.
Service allocated existing clients by being organized and efficient to ensure that all value for client is reclaimed and all documents are received timeously from clients and custodian banks.
Identify decision makers and additional contacts in order to apply additional products and increase the customer’s submissions.
Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Obtain all documentation required from clients timeously to avoid rejections/resubmission of claims.
Research existing customers, gaining a clear understanding of the customers’ business and requirements in order to identify further tax needs.
Keep abreast of new products and legislation changes to optimise client submissions.
Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of the company's market.
Work closely with the Head of Client Service to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans set out for the business.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timeously and professional manner
Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and approach management if you need assistance in achieving those
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and following up with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
