Synopsis

A big micro-lending company is looking for a Leasing Administrator to work at one of their offices in Pretoria.


Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate must meet and exceed the following requirements:

Matric
At least 3 years' Legal experience, especially within the property / leasing environment
EE Candidate preferred
Must be willing to work in Pretoria


Role Description

Some of the duties include, but not limited to:

Be assisting with the drafting of Leasing documents by reducing the terms and conditions negotiated with Landlords into a legal binding document and setting out in detail all negotiated terms and conditions, including but not limited to construction requirements/conditions, as requested by the Leasing Consultant/Manager.

Administration of various worksheets.

Ensure that all administrative actions are detailed and accurate, and adequate records are kept of same if applicable.

Assistance with compiling the monthly board packs.

Preservation of all essential lease documentation, follow ups on Leasing documents & Lease Agreements, Updating Lease Agreement Spreadsheet, Courier of legal documents.

The salary offered here is between R10 000 - R15 000pm, neg.
