A financial institution that manages retail branch and commercial offices portfolios, is looking for an admitted attorney to become part of its Properties, Procurement & Logistics team with excellent growth opportunities, as Leasing Consultants, based in Pretoria.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements:
1. Law Degree (LLB)
2. Admitted as an attorney.
3. Exposure in drafting and negotiating agreements, contracts, leases.
4. Knowledge of applicable laws;
5. Ability to produce consistent high quality work
6. Display honesty and integrity at all times
7. Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally, with good presentation skills
8. Being proactive in marketing yourself, the team and the company
9. Own transport and a valid driver’s license.


Role Description

Key Responsibilities
The Leasing Consultant will -

1.Be responsible for the regional/provincial property management of the company’s retail branch and commercial office portfolio.
2.Travel in your portfolio and identify leasing opportunities for profitable the company’s retail branches and commercial offices across South Africa in accordance with the company’s retail and commercial portfolio strategy.
3.Negotiate with Landlords/managing and prepare legal offers, which incorporates commercial and legal terms and conditions, which will bind the company’s and the Landlords and in all instances consider the company’s legal, commercial and risk exposure in all leasing transactions, and mitigate and address any such exposure.

Salary: R260 000 per annum CTC
