Synopsis

A niche law firm based in Umhlanga is looking for a Senior Litgation Associate / Dispute Resolution to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

You must meet and exceed the following requirements:
LLB Degree with excellent transcripts
Admitted as an attorney with at least 4 - 5 years' post article experience
Commercial Litigation experience
High and Mag Court experience
General Litigation experience
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent computer skills (including word processing, PowerPoint, excel, office and all Microsoft packages, Ghost Practice, Search works)
Good written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of laws and legal processes of firms’ core business
Accuracy in preparing legal documentation
High effective communication skills- both written and verbal
Additional Skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to think dynamically
Maturity and ability to understand and comply with a high level of ethics and confidentiality
Ability to work independently with no supervision
Strong leadership and management skills
Good planning and organisation skills
