Assistant Company Secretary – Mining – Sandton

Synopsis

Our client is a major player in the mining sector and they are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract.


Minimum Requirements

LLB or similar relevant degree.
CIS qualification beneficial
King IV experience beneficial
3+ years experience as Assistant Co Sec, or similar.
Solid Governance and Company Secretarial knowlege and experience.
Able to take effective minutes and draft company secretarial documents.


Role Description

This is a full function Company Secretarial Role - you will be part of the larger Governance team of the Group, so will have support and all processes and procedures, document templates etc are in place.

The role is available from end April on a fixed term basis but could go permanent after Covid19 protocols.
