Our client is one of the leading law firms in South Africa and is in desperate need of an IT genius to join their team. 

The candidate will be in an IT Help desk position and needs to be Word savvy, be able to help with lodged calls and IT response calls.

Minimum Requirements


3 years experience in an IT Help desk role 

Advance knowledge of MS Word is essential 

iManage advantageous

Role Description

General IT Knowledge (PC & IT concepts)

1st line help desk support, control & expedite all help desk calls logged

Software support MS Office suite 2016 in particular Word & iManage

Admin of video conference facilities

City: Sandton - Johannesburg

Salary: R250 000 - R350 000 k per annum

Duration: Permanent
