Risk Advisory – Governance, Risk & Regulatory – EERM Manager


Our client is the largest private professional services network in the world. They are looking for an EERM Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree: Law/Informatics/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
• Experienced at managing third party compliance programs including multiple projects.
• 5 - 6 years of experience within professional consulting services.

• Understanding of third party risk management processes and controls.
• Experience providing advice on procurement best practices, including category management planning, supplier risk assessment, supplier selection, contracting and ongoing supplier risk management.

Role Description

• Supports Senior Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project
• Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development
• Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service

• Risk Assessment and mitigation: Ability to advise client on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals, enable effective decision making and response, and monitor regulatory compliance
• Business Process assessment and design: Ability to design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value-adding business outcomes
• Internal Controls assessment and design: Ability to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirements
• Data analytics and technology: Ability to interpret business analyses to identify underlying issues, patterns and relationships, and make data-driven targeted recommendations
• Knows the business and the industry: Ability to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices
• Sales and business development: Ability to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
• Global Mind-set: Ability to leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery

Specialized Technical capabilities
• Develops a domain subject matter expertise: Ability to leverage a strong domain expertise to enable the design of comprehensive and strategically aligned Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) solutions
• Leads EERM transformations: Ability to advise client on strategic and tactical recommendations to design high-performing EERM infrastructures
• Plans and manages EERM solutions: Ability to design and manage data-driven EERM solutions to address client’s gaps considering regulations, frameworks, and industry leading practices

Key Performance areas
• Strategic Impact: Support the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables
• Budgets / Profitability: Manage engagement budget through accurate budgeting, cost control and profitability management
