Our client, a boutique law firm based in Johannesburg, has a vacancy in their Employment/Labour Practice area

 

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate should have experience in Employment law – drafting pleadings including heads of argument, litigation and managing review practice, appearances at CCMA and in motion court

 

Requirements -

  • LLB
  • Admitted Attorney
  • 3 – 5 years post admission experience
  • HDSA candidate preferable

 

Remuneration:

  • Market Related with an incentive based on fees billed and collected. 
  • Current incentive allows associates to bi-annually earn 20 percent of fees billed over and above agreed monthly targets.
