  • Manage legal due diligence exercises for transactions, projects and M&A mandates.
  • Advise on regulatory developments and compliance requirements affecting clients and projects.
  • Take an active role in client meetings, negotiations and the delivery of strategic legal advice.

  • Contribute to client development, industry engagements, seminars and thought leadership.
  • Develop articles and other content demonstrating expertise in relevant areas of law and industry.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, confidentiality and client service.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a lawyer who has built a strong foundation in commercial contracts and transactional or regulatory practice and is ready to operate with greater autonomy and leadership responsibility.

You should bring:

  • Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong issue-spotting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating junior lawyers.
